This photo was taken at around 10am. Few minutes before I took this photo, a car almost drove itself up to the bus stop as I believe the driver didn't notice the kerb as it was covered by the flood. I can't imagine what is the situation at thomson and other parts of singapore, businesses will surely get very badly affected in low level areas. Let's see the news tonight.

Flooding at Bugis?
